Submit cards online

Fill out your contact info, visit schedule, and one row per card with its requested service so the shop can pre-review your submission.

Wait for approval

XLegendary controls monthly capacity before accepting drop-offs. Once approved, you receive confirmation to bring the cards in.

Drop off in-store

Bring your cards to the shop with your submission reference. Staff confirms the count and marks the cards as received.

Review results and pay

After assessment, you get the results by email. Confirm the services, pay the invoice link, then track each card live.

Staff checks in your cards, verifies the count matches your submission, and logs them into the system.

Graders examine each card for condition, centering, and quality. Notes are recorded per card.

Results ready

You receive grades and condition notes by email. Review the findings, then confirm the services.

Ship or hold

Pay the invoice. We mail the graded cards back to you or hold them for local pickup.
